About the Project
Specially developed for Acun Medya's infrastructure in the Dominican Republic and its long-standing international TV production experience, the 500-bed capacity 4-star hotel facility was built on a turnkey basis with Consera's construction solutions.
This innovative project, which combines Structural Steel and Modular Construction technologies, was completed and opened in just 12 months compared to similar projects, despite many challenges such as high earthquake risk, strong winds, heavy rainfall and limited material/labor access.
All bathroom areas in the project were manufactured by Erawet in Türkiye as modular bathroom pods and shipped to the Dominican Republic. This way, high quality standards were maintained and the construction process was significantly accelerated.
