Design & Engineering
The design of Erawet bathroom pods includes architectural, structural and mechanical engineering elements. The design department within Consera manages this phase with all its resources and expertise throughout the process.
Generally, the design of bathroom pods begins with the architectural plan of the structure and then adapts to the structural and mechanical engineering requirements. If the project is built on a BIM platform, Consera coordinates with the client BIM manager, starting the process from the BIM model.
Architectural and Structural Design
Erawet carries out the architectural and structural design processes of modular bathroom pods with a project-specific approach. With its expert, multidisciplinary design and engineering team, it addresses the functional, aesthetic, and structural requirements of each project from a comprehensive perspective.
While developing solutions compatible with the architectural design of the building, it also takes into account critical performance criteria such as fire resistance, sound and water insulation, and structural integrity.
During the design process, all technical requirements are evaluated in coordination with customers and made ready for production.
MEP Design (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
Erawet designs and integrates the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems of modular bathroom pods according to project-specific requirements.
Our expert engineering team ensures that the entire technical infrastructure is fully implemented in the factory, offering maximum efficiency with minimum labor in the field. Lighting, ventilation, electrical equipment and plumbing systems are detailed within the framework of quality, safety and compliance with regulations.
All MEP systems are planned and tested to operate in full harmony with the architectural and structural design.
BIM Building Information Modeling
Erawet uses Autodesk Revit-based BIM technology in the design and engineering processes of modular bathroom pods. Architectural, structural and MEP systems are modeled in an integrated manner in a digital environment; possible clashes are detected in advance in a digital environment, accelerating project coordination and reducing the margin of error.
This process also creates a digital twin infrastructure for each pod, providing a comprehensive digital dataset that can be used at every stage from production to installation and operation.
BIM-supported design provides faster decision-making, higher quality and sustainable project management.
Manufacturing
Erawet bathroom pods are produced in a factory environment under high quality control processes in accordance with industry principles.
Electrical, plumbing and ventilation systems are integrated during the production phase, leaving only the connection to be made on site. In this way, the pods are delivered fully integrated and ready for use at the "Plug & Play" level.
The production process is tailored to each project and offers high flexibility to accommodate different sizes, layouts, and functions. Each Erawet bathroom pod is tested for design accuracy and performance before being delivered to the site.
Installation & Assembly
Erawet bathroom pods are manufactured fully equipped in the factory and are put into operation on site by simply connecting them. Developed with the Plug & Play principle, this system speeds up the construction process while minimizing the need for labor on site.
Depending on the project requirements, the pods are transported to their locations on the construction site using equipment such as cranes, tower cranes, platforms or pallet trucks. Assembly operations are planned and implemented in accordance with the construction work schedule.
Erawet supports each assembly process with technical team support and necessary guidance, ensuring that projects are implemented with high quality and accuracy in the field.
Supervising
Erawet provides technical supervision services to ensure that the installation process is implemented correctly and completely on site. Our experienced teams guide the project team and provide the necessary controls throughout the process from the transportation of the bathroom pods to the site, to the placement and completion of all connections.
This service provides critical support for timely and trouble-free installation, minimum risk of errors and high application quality.
